they are made
Variations in color, finish, size and shape will occur due to the individual
craftsmanship
inherent in the process of brass sculpture. Weight descriptions no not include
packing/crating.

Returns / Refunds
Customer is responsible for creating / packaging, on any
returns.
Any modification to Brass Baron’s Fountains or Statuary, make them
non-returnable.
Products: Each Brass Baron creation is made by hand in the
traditional and meticulous lost wax method. As such, pieces
may vary slightly from their image as depicted in our literature. And, in order
to provide a vivid presentation, our products are
photographed in outdoor settings with realistic environments, where lighting
conditions may vary and affect the depiction
of colors and finishes. Therefore, actual colors and products may vary slightly
from their representations in our catalogue,
which is for illustrative purposes only, and which shall not be deemed to create
an express warranty that the whole of the
goods shall conform to the representation. The Brass Baron reserves the right to
such variances, while assuring you that
the basic appearance and integrity of every Brass Baron piece will remain as
close as possible to its catalogue depiction.
Delivery: Each Brass Baron piece is
carefully inspected and, if applicable, water tested before shipping. Customer
is
responsible for checking products and contacting The Brass Baron within 24 hours
of receiving delivery, or no claims will be
honored. Products cannot be returned without factory authorization. Damages
incurred in shipping are the sole responsibility
of the delivering carrier.
Backorders: Backordered items will be shipped as soon as
they become available, up to any specified cancellation
date. When ordering, please indicate if back orders will not be accepted. The
Brass Baron reserves the right to cancel backorders
due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellations: Order cancellations must be made in
writing. At ComNur's &The Brass Baron’s option, cancelled orders already
shipped are subject to cancellation charges equal to all processing costs
incurred up to the point of cancellation. In the case of order
refused or cancelled after shipping, freight charges remain the sole
responsibility of the purchaser. A 15% restocking fee will
be charged for orders cancelled or refused after shipping.
Item Numbers: Item stock numbers are structured to provide
information about each piece at a glance. After the prefix letter
and number, the following codes may occur:

▪V = Verdigris (antique green/gray) finish
▪B = Bronze (metallic brown) finish
▪G = Granite (gray quartz) finish—for ponds and pump caps
▪N = Natural (sandstone) finish—for ponds and pump caps
