Our growers have won our landscapes division awards for Quality. These same growers refuse to ship plants that don't met their standards. Please read Planting & Care On rare occasions problems do happen. If you find your plant shipment unsatisfactory the please contact us immediately.   We can not be held responsible for improper growing practices. Shipping charges may not be refundable. One time replacement plants (substitutions if necessary) may be provided. In some rare instances 100% of cost plus shipping fees are  refundable. Our growers exercise extreme care and caution to keep our stock true to name. On proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. However, we shall not be liable for any amount greater than the original price. No claim will be considered unless we are notified upon receipt of your shipment. The plant may be necessary for replacements. Plants not rated hardy for your area may  not  be guaranteed,  see Zone Map) Use of  non hardy perennials as house plants or as annuals is great way to add a pleasurable twist to your gardening activities. No orders are accepted without prepayment .

Please refer to charts on this page for estimated freight charges . Shipments become property of purchaser when received by transportation agency and we will not be responsible for any damage en route. We are willing at all times to help a customer establish any just claim for damage.
