3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY (1 YEAR PLUS 2-YEAR EXTENSION)
1-Year Limited Warranty OASE Floating Fountains and Aerators are covered by a 1-year limited warranty by OASE. The Limited Warranty period begins from the date of installation and covers material and manufacturing defects or failure of the product to operate as specified by OASE during the limited warranty period.
This Limited Warranty does not cover
failure or problems related to: Improper installation – see the instruction
manual that came with the product for proper installation procedures. Any
modification or repair of the product other than by an OASE trained and
authorized repair technician. Failure to follow proper safety, care and
maintenance guidelines - as outlined in the instruction manual that came
with the product. Failure to follow cable gauge requirements, or use of
inappropriate grade of cable for the application. This Limited Warranty also
does not cover those parts of the product that are subject to normal wear
and tear during usage of the product, such as light bulbs, impellers and
propellers on pumps. OASE’s sole liability shall be to replace or repair the
product covered by this limited warranty. OASE shall not be liable for any
2-Year Limited Warranty Extension Please fill out the OASE Limited Warranty Registration Card that comes with the product to get a 2-year extension of your limited warranty. Once your registration information has been received by OASE you will receive back by post or email a Limited Warranty Extension Certificate, which you should print out and keep with your original receipt of purchase.

Delivery Estimates: If delivery estimates are
given, they are made in good faith based on information from the customer but
may be subject to delays due to government restrictions, failure of a supplier
to deliver to OASE, fires, strikes, or acts of God.
Packaging: All shipments will be made in packaging materials that have been approved by domestic carriers.
Missing Items: Missing or noticeably damaged items must be signed for as
Return Policy: No products should be returned to OASE without a Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) number. The RGA number must be clearly written on all packaging and paperwork. Items shipped to OASE without an RGA will be refused upon delivery. All returned items will be subject to inspection and testing. Items should be returned complete with all parts or the account may be charged for missing parts at invoice price. Final determination of defect and warranty status will be made by OASE. All approved warranty returns will be settled by credit memo or in-kind replacement.
Other Conditions: OASE reserves the right to redesign, alter or modify its products at any time. The laws of the State of California apply. State and local laws regarding commercial credit, interest and late charges vary widely. The Federal usury preemption laws currently in effect will apply to all transactions.
